Nechako Reservoir Updates - October 22, 2020

Reporting Period: October 16 to October 22, 2020

  • Reservoir level has increased in the past 7 days from 2797.84 feet to 2797.88 feet.
  • Skins Lake Spillway discharge was increased from 32 m3/s to 49 m3/s in the past 7 days.
  • Nechako River flow discharge changes in the past 7 days at various locations are as follows:
    • Flow at Nautley increased from 17 m3/s to 19 m3/s.
    • Flow at Vanderhoof increased from 61 m3/s to 67 m3/s.
    • Flow at Cheslatta Falls increased from 34 m3/s to 41 m3/s.
  • Fifty-four (54) mm of precipitation was observed last week and twenty-five (25) mm of precipitation is expected for next week.
